Heavy rain has fallen across Southern Finland. Local rainfall could reach thirty to fifty millimeters in twenty-four hours. Flood warnings are in effect for Southwest Finland, Satakunta, Uusimaa and Kanta-Häme. Low-lying areas may see flooding.
